Carrie, one of the best movies I’ve seen this time. It ‘s the perfect protagonist, quiet, shy and do not know the rage that lurks within her until she has the power to use against those who made his life a living hell. I think Stephen King would have been proud of its history that lives on the screen. My favorite scene is probably many peoples favorite is when Carrie agrees with blood all over her pretty white dress that had a fantastic contrast and screams and terror falls on the faces of the people. Although the bit more fun than I found it was immediately after that when Chris and Billy are sent in a car accident by Carrie and the case is a wheel of fire fly past and this is of course the famous seizure line up! Tune in!

Sissy Spacek and Piper Laurie creepy was a threat to her look crazy face. I gave the film a 10/10 not because it was a brilliant film, but for a simple fact: He scares me. It ‘s weird because I saw the movie when I was a child, but made no impact. I got cable again the other night and I was a little ‘fear of seeing the wide-eyed Sissy Spacek when he destroyed the school and the scary smile Piper Laurie (reminded me of the elderly in Mulholland Drive) as Carrie attacks. This is a most remarkable result: a horror movie that was really scary. The film has done what he set out to do, an incredible achievement that many movies today, unfortunately, are not able to do so.

It does not take much for this film to show that this is not an ordinary horror film. Several minutes, the viewer is shocked to be watching a group of girls nude and semi-nude of course arranged in a locker room, shower followed by a sequence of bold, sensual and terrifying involving his star Spacek. Since that time, the public should wait for something to happen, and often does! Spacek has a return, naive high school with virtually no self-esteem and live a life plagued with his mother Laurie fundamentally religious. Things are pretty bad at home, with Laurie anger and preaching about sin and locking Spacek in a closet to pray, but at school they are worse, with Spacek has received the kind of ridicule and derision that lead n ‘anyone over the edge. Luckily (?) For Spacek, she has an ace up his sleeve. She boom telekinetic powers that demonstrate how ashtray jump, mirrors and windows slamming upsetting. Then, when she thinks she has passed the horrible cruelty of his classmates, but he proved completely wrong, it releases a torrent of anger resulting in a massive amount of destruction and death. Spacek, who has been limited at this stage of his professional experience, is excellent in the title role. She plans to vulnerability, sweetness, despair and anger with equal skill. It is a remarkable, memorable, in fact, the performance. Laurie, an actress who has worked for many years in time and colored sticky film fluff, back after a long absence from the screen to inhabit the role of the mother manic. This is a huge role and enveloping Laurie fingernails. You petrifyingly scary at times, but never outside the realm of possibility, or credibility. A series of relative newcomers appear as companions Spacek, including Allen, as its main antagonist, Katt as a great athlete Travolta school by a pin mute, Irving (her screen debut) as a student enigmatic and Buckley (by also his debut) as a gymnastics coach thought, but severe. Buckley, curiously, it was just a bit ‘older people as expressed her students, but she takes the role very well. Some of the actions from the other is low, but the film is still effective. Make an appearance in a minor role as another student McClurg chubby comic actress. Appears to be the mother of Irving, as it was in real life. The film is overloaded with carefully planned shots and creative methods to convey the story of the director Brian De Palma, who practically worshiped Alfred Hitchcock (and some would say stole a lot of it.) Not everything works (split screen used in the climax or overly dramatic dance between Katt and Spacek, for example), but the fact that the film still manages a lot. It works on a visceral level thanks to brilliant performances of Spacek and Laurie and the general atmosphere of the room. The score goes a long way to help the environment as well and remember Hitchcock’s favorite composer Bernard Herrmann. A memorable, the film influential, it has opened a new approach to the horror and thriller.

Well, Brian De Palma has not yet recovered from this movie! I recently saw (for the fifth time, perhaps!) With friends and was surprised to find that there were things that I had not noticed! This is a wonderful movie. It combines both genres: Film College (one of the first), horror, light comedy. Ed Laurie is breathtaking as the mother of Carrie, and Sissy Spacek is once again on top. And finally, there’s the music: how can we describe the dance-song (I never thought someone like you …, sung beautifully by Katie Irving) simply fascinating magical
the art of cinema. I would like to review a couple of things: Note the symbolism of colors: white, black, red, etc. There is always a secret message in the color of the clothes of the characters. Second, the structure is incredible. I’m amazed at how DePalma built the film. Moods change in a very convincing way (comedy -> irony -> horror etc.) to To be brief, I am proud to say that, “Carrie” is one of my 70 favorite movies.

Carrie White (Sissy Spacek) is just your average high school misfit daily as she had been insulted and harassed by some of his classmates and the dominant religious mother (Piper Laurie). She discovers she has telekinetic powers and uses them when he gets angry with the ball as a prank goes wrong. And co-starring William Katt, John Travolta, Amy Irving and Nancy Allen This film is one of the greatest films of horror films of all time. Brian DePalma has done a great job of directing this supernatural shock and it is quite faithful to the book, the performance is excellent, especially the pretty Miss Spacek and the score is memorable in this film particularly memorable dance sequence that has made a real classic .
